would never consider training without a coach. When Henry Ford first produced his
Model T, it was considered an almost unbelievably fast method of travel… now we have
aircraft that travel faster than the speed of sound. Think what would have happened
without the desire to do better… we'd still be driving at 20 m.p.h
No, coaching is not like therapy. Therapy deals with the
past, dysfunctional behavior and emotional wounds.
Coaching works in the present and focuses on taking
individuals from functional to optimal. Coaching is best or
those who are presently able and willing to make positive
and concrete changes in their lives. Similarly, coaching can
produce amazing results with businesses at all stages of
growth, but only if the people standing behind it are willing
to honestly look at present conditions and take necessary
actions to achieve envisioned goals.
